Frank M. LaDuca, Ph.D., FAHA
Dr. Frank LaDuca established LADUCA RCA, LLC following a successful thirty year career in the IVDD business, which includes POCT, laboratory testing and molecular diagnostics. During his tenure, he served in senior leadership positions in entrepreneurial settings as well as large multinational organizations. As a Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) he has strategically managed and directed regulatory, quality, compliance, clinical, medical and product development functions. It is this unique combination of expertise which he brings to clients in providing strategic planning as well as practical tactical execution and leadership which supports efficient operational management. LADUCA RCA, LLC has assisted more than two dozen medical device and IVD clients during its initial four years of operation.

Dr. LaDuca holds a BS from SUNY-Albany, MS and PhD from SUNY-Buffalo, and a NIH post-doctoral fellowship from The Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is a fellow of the American Heart Association (FAHA), member of ASH, AACC, and JHH Medical & Surgical Association.
Dr. LaDuca is a past Chair of the AACC Critical and Point of Care Division and past Chair of the CLSI Area Committee for Point of Care Testing. He currently serves on the CLSI Expert Panel for POCT and is an active contributor at scientific meetings.
